Ordered some chips in the shop after a night out took our order then left us over half an hour When we finally complained said they’d closed so had to cook the food Why take the order if closed? The lads where fine the lass with the short hair massive attitude problem Shocking customer service and the food was awful

Disgusting DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE my fiance just ordered us a takeaway on Christmas eve as a treat £17.90 wasted.2 peices of southern fried chicken and chips which Is hard and looks old completely dry the chicken that is on is old and dry the outside is hard as a rock it's been overcooked the chips are cold wet and taste oldHawaii burger with BBQ sauceSoggy and disgusting slithering in oil and BBQ watery sauce chips are old and hardCalled up spoke to manager who was loud wouldn't let my fiance get a word in edgeways told us food made fresh yeah right whatever pal worst place for food in consett and no customer service take your money but don't care about after care want to be ashamed serving food like thatPlease do not order from here go to somewhere else it's that bad I'm worried about been ill off itGoing to report them to trading standards.

Ordered food which never turned up, restaurant claimed they didnt have house number yet ive used this place many times before and didnt receive any message from them, new owners are nasty and arrogant and just pass you on to uber to get a refund but that doesnt work as they deliver themselves, just ripping people off, AVOID

Just popped in to grab a small bite to eat on the run, ordered a kebab roll !!!Its was fantastic, hot, fresh and great value. Will 100% order from here again.
Ordered food other week and I tried kebab wrap was nice and then when I went further down the kebab was hard and hardly no chips. And also the main issue I ordered a chilli sauce and I smelt it and it smelt really really bad it was 100% out of date and shouldn’t at all be served. I’m never the one to complain I think if any young children are eating this it could seriously harm them or anyone in fact.

First off despite booking delivery for 22.55 the email said ASAP. Rang an unpleasant chappie who blamed me but said would change to 23.00. Then delivery driver rang at 23.15 and said couldn't find our house. He was at wrong area altogether. Gave him directions and he still couldn't find us and rang back twice. The second time telling me he cant find our address so cant deliver.I rang saying I wanted refund but was told no refund as its been delivered. It eventually turned up at 23.35 as I was attempting to cancel again on phone but getting nowhere apart from abuse so I gave it back and answered the door to be greeted by the delivery plonker telling me off for swearing in my own house behind closed doors as he could hear me ! Oh and the food was atrocious even after warming it up and ended up in the bin.
