Terrible for not having anything ready, certain staff ignore you, the food is never ready, instead of being in the back shop, try serving, greggs is out the door while they have nothing made. It's a staff problem, people should not be in the office when front shop is so badly staffed. Get them served, get them out.

When the young darked hair lad is working there is never queues he gets on with serving customers however when the girls are on they always seem as if customers come last doing odd jobs or gossiping etc I've noticed lots of customers turn back around and go to greggs sadly me was of them.

Always think cooplands is a good bakers. Only negative is when the lady made my sandwich, she didn't add or ask if I wanted sald or anything else, so I literally only got a chicken and bacon sandwich. Still a good sandwich though and really friendly staff.

I am really disappointed with Cooplands Consett. This is because I asked for all salad in my sandwich and they did not put onion in. It is the only one girl out of 3 girls in Cooplands Consett that does not put onion in my sandwich every time. So next time I go and get my normal sandwich from Cooplands I know to avoid Consett or that girl and get one of the other two instead.
