Absolutely disgusting waited way past the waiting time for the expected delivery time... Grandchildren waiting for food... Apparently manager rang me to confirm order.… no phone call at all.… horrid people horrid service.… never again!!

Love the variety of pizza, especially the Indian base ones, very tasty and full of flavour and toppings.Great deals and offers always on.Garlic breads are delicious too.Always quick for collection.Don't like to go anywhere else for pizza now we've found here.

Really poor food quality staff need better customer care but owner is no better prices really inflated and food quality is dire and unhygienic I know of 4 different customers in the past month who became sick after eating food delivered from this business

Just had a delivery & all food was cold & the cheese garlic bread didn't have mushrooms on,don't normally have a problem but disappointed this time.
Food is awful cold when arrived after being told it left the shop 40 min prior got charged extra delivery pizza awful and anorexic waste of money

Disgusting wouldn't even fill a gold fish for a 60 pound order would rather have a pack of micro chips and a San Marco frozen pizza shocking

Ordered 2 pizzas at 7.05pm to be told it would take 45 minutes for myself and 2 hungry 10 year olds. After 2 phone calls to ask where our delivery was it turned up at 8.50pm.. only an hour late!!!! Both pizzas freezing cold. And the price the driver charged me was more than what I was told on the phone and the confirmation text they sent. Will not be ordering from here anymore and would advise people if they want hot food delivered on time do not use Derwentside pizza.

Had a deal online for a £5 half and half wrap when in the shop tried to charge £18 when I mentioned the offer they said prices had changed and it's now £11 the wrap was meant to be half kebab half salt and pepper chicken there was 2 small bits of chicken you can tell they are use to dealing with drunks as they treat everyone like they are drunk won't be back

Such rude staff and (I’m guessing the manager) thinks it’s okay to be slamming a knife telling people to shut up. Food definitely not up to scratch. I’ve ordered from here several times for delivery, however after being in the shop and witnessing such disgusting service I’ll not be ordering again.
