Got to be a bad place, this is a delivery drivers food testing probe for testing the temperature of the food as it comes in chilled or frozen, I work with environmental health at Durham county council, I challenged the driver about this, he spoke in really bad English, and waved me away, a woman with two dogs had just walked past, one dog sniffed the probe, this is why I took a picture, I am taking this to environmental health.

Very disappointed with our order last night.Ordered a texas bbq and the sauce tasted out of date, rang the shop and they couldn’t care less. Been offered a free pizza by customer service but must be a minimum price to order. Doubt we will be ordering again as the pizza has gave us both food poisoning ?

It's definitely one of the better Domino's around. They do the Nachos - Something I've been trying to find for years since moving from Teesside where they also do them! The service we receive as regular customers is really good. Always on time and pizzas are clearly well put together - sometimes we've ordered from other Domino's elsewhere and you'd think they've put the pizza together with a catapult - Not at the Consett branch, it's as it should be ? Straight up good quality Domino's as you'd expect for the priceParking: You can park up on the side of the street for free, you turn left when exiting to join onto Front Street

After a little pickle with the delivery, staff were ever so apologetic and nice and sent us free desert. And incidentally was the best domino's we've ever had!

0 for customer service. Order placed and a simple query made which could have been easily rectified and the response was a direct No!! No help at all and considering the price I paid along with the competition in Consett then I would have expected much more from a brand/chain. Will not use again.

Absolutely appalling customer service popped in tonight for a pizza about 7 to 8 staff looked at us after about a minute one staff member said I'll go should I in a horrible tone rang up person in charge apologized and that's it never again appalling customer service

Ordered a large pizza - not cooked fully, cheese hadn't melted, and pale looking. Also ordered the chicken selects which were chewy and undercooked. All in all it was a total waste of money and wouldn't recommend it. Won't be going back again

Fantastic service! Placed order, was with us in less than 20 mins. Turns out the Nachos were missing, called the shop and spoke to Kieran Verlander ( received an immediate apology) and within 10 mins of the call, Thomas Ledwidge ( our delivery driver ) was back again with them. And they were really hot too!Can’t say better than that!Cheers Lads!

Tried here for a pizza to share with the family. Pizza are expensive if not going for the deal and I was not impressed finding a hair in my pizza .Typical teens behind the counter not watching what they are doing.
