Staff have a terrible attitude leave food on service hatch until its cold have no sense of priority its as if they are doing you a favour absolute rubbish would give a minus score if it was

Very disappointing at this cafe took ages for someone to come to counter so my wife could order my full English breakfast took ages. It finally came out was stone cold The staff where miserable and the booth we were in there was cake all over the floor If I could score less I most certainly would.

Poorly trained staff. Not their fault more to do with head office.Food very basic, sometimes cold, and that's when they have anything on as they stop making hot meals at 5 30pm.It's always hit and miss whether you'll get a good meal or not.

Always loved a morrys breakfast, there nice just sometimes you get different amounts of each food, later on in the day sometimes items are missing and smaller size breakfast. Was best when the sauce sachets were on help yourself leaving with pocket fulls?still recommended thoughParking: Absolute massase, plenty of disabled places. I've never been on thus or Fri's which I think would be the busiest days but the car park near to KFC is always got room and the one on the other side near the bottlebanks is always empty

Finding Balance

I visit this cafe often with the autistic people I look after. I’m sad to say I can’t really think of many positives to say other than the staff are friendly when you can find them. It always feels like we wait around at the till with nobody behind the counter - the people I look after getting agitated with waiting. Every time, we wait for staff to come from the back we could have literally just pick stuff off the counter and go and eat and leave by the time someone appears if we were dishonest! I bet lots of people actually do that.Only ever had hot or cold drinks and snacks - don’t think I could bare to wait for food.The last two visits I had cake both times (chocolate and carrot) and it was extremely dry each time. The icing on the carrot cake was hard and crusty. Coffee machine only filled hot chocolate half way too! Tables are often dirty and littered with plates and cups.I’m guessing they’re understaffed but it doesn’t make for a pleasant visit if I’m honest and I would not visit if it weren’t with my work. Sorry Morrisons. I don’t like leaving such negative reviews but at the end of the day people are spending their hard earned money with you and expect better.Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of disabled parking

Only had a hot chocolate and a scone.. The machine that made the hot chocolate just poured out not even half a cup I went back to the lady a the till she was very pleasant and came over to fix the machine and a apologised. The table I sat was clean and I noticed when people left their table the staff were over quickly to tidy up and cleaned the tables

No napkins, cutlery dirty, poached eggs like bullets and got the order wrong twice. There was as many staff as customers but they all seemed to be in a bit of flap

Terrible service, placed an order for collection via the self service screen, after 45mins was told by staff that they didn't have any boxes/bags for takeaway, this has now happened twice in a row, staff showed least flexibility and concern, I have also written a complaint and it's been well over a month but still haven't received a response

Kept the prices down. Good value had small breakfast. Lovely tasty sausage fried egg done well. Tomato. Bacon was a bit measily. Toast and butter. 4.50 . Will go again .

Arrived at 11:15, when it was not busy at all (maybe half a dozen other customers), ordered breakfasts at the machine and served ourselves to coffees. After 25 minutes no breakfasts had arrived (yet others who had come in after us had been served) so I went up to counter. Could see our breakfasts under the warmer (and could see we were top of the list on the computer screen) so assumed we would get them any second. Ten minutes later still not arrived so went back to the counter and asked, at which point the lady on the till took them from under the warmer and brought them over. How much longer would we have had to wait if I hadn't asked? Anyway, my wife's mushrooms were cold and beans Luke warm. My fried egg was not runny (don't know if it ever was). We were not asked if we wanted sauces, and I didn't have the will to go up and ask. Needless to say we had finished our coffees before we received the food. Perhaps it's called an all-day breakfast because it takes all day to arrive. Overall not a good experience.

Breakfast was decent but paid extra for extra eggs , eggs weren’t brought out then the woman serving just didn’t bother coming back with them and aired 20 minutes ate my breakfast and left . Bad service

I had to send my breakfast back it was cold! Couldnt eat it so I asked for another. The staff were lovely they made another which was really hot. Sadly my husband had finished his meal before I had even started mine.

Very very poor quality food me and my sister ordered a toasties to keep simple and hot her daughter nuggets and chips with lattes didn't barely touch toasties not toasted cheese not melted clumps of it ham was disgusting 2 bites and was not eating it same for sister chips needs oil changing or what ever they do to chips hard and beans barely warm don't go and I never review nastly but I'm sorry so bad and service well they look miserable and seems alot to ask for sauces
