The order had food missing, which was replaced however we had nearly finished our meal by then. The curry sauce was only half filled and watery very disappointing. The food wasn’t as hot as usual and we have ordered countless times from china express.Overall disappointed by our experience last night.

Would give this 0 stars if possible.Had ordered food at around 7:30 since it was a night in for all of us. Food arrived at 9:30 and was not even our order. We called to ask what the matter was and the woman on the phone was incredibly rude and only after we nearly shouted at her for her rude replies did she offer to recook our food and redeliver. They also asked for the incorrect order back after everything had been opened which makes me want to be sick at the thought of other people getting this food. The delivery driver did not even knock on the door or stay the first time to make sure we actually got our food. Honestly, this place is a mess.DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Food took nearly two hours to arrive, despite chasing twice and being told it was on the way. Food was average at best, pricey, squashed and unsurprisingly, cold. First and last time customer.

No stars! Food was totally inedible. I tried a bit and I now feel sick!! The chicken was chewy and stringy. I phoned to complain and was told everyone has their own personal preference. Also we paid £21.70 for our order and they forgot my partners chips. I've just ordered a pizza from Papa John's and thrown the Chinese in the bin!!!

Has this changed owners?? Ordered from here for years, but tonight's food was awful. Arrived late. Chicken was really tough, sweet and sour was bland, curry sauce was a luke warm stodge that was clearly powdered packet curry. Won't be ordering from here anymore

Absolutely terrible service, ordered my food at around 6 pm I called up after the delivery slot time and I was told that my food was on its way and it won’t be long, half an hour later I called again and they said the food was on its way now again!? After nearly 2 hours my food has arrived, please bear in mind I live a five minute drive from china express.

We ordered food at 5.30 , by 5.43 the food was at our door . It took less than 15 mins to cook it and delivery it over other side of town . The chips were rock hard . The bbq sauce was brown . The shreadeded chicken in pekingese sauce tasted like sweet n sour . Food was disgusting to be honest

If only 0 stars was possible. Ordered my food and it came incorrect and when I rang up to sort it out the man on the phone spent majority of the time laughing at me for telling him he’s gotten my order wrong and he accused me of not ordering the item I was supposed to get. Told me I would have to purchase a new item. Food was also cold when it arrived

Ordered on line and when the food arrived a little later than we'd hoped it was still fresh and piping hot. They were very busy as it was valentine's night but the food was excellent and we even received a free bag of won-tons. Perfect!
