Stood in que 2 disabled pensioners only 1 till open man come to open another till ignored us we were next in line asked the one behind ys to come to till we said what about us he just started laughing we put shopping down and walked out us and about 8 family and friends wont shop there again

Haven't been for a few years as it's out of the way for me, but I'll be going back regularly. Some great choices at great prices.From going in with my Dad and saying "I don't need anything" to coming out with a shopping bag full to the brim for £16!

Buy in bulk and save money then notice you can't squeeze everything in the fridge or freezer.. I only come here for the canned drinks now, like 3 packs of 24 for £18 that's 72 cans of sugar. Me like sugar haha.Due to the area the store is a little run down but in otherwise good condition, the staff are great and again due to the area they are all hardened, so be nice. Although you end up buying lots you end up spending bucket loads. So many times I have just gone in looking to only spend that £18 and ended up getting other stuff. Grand total, £72.34.. so keep an eye out on your shopping.

Always get what I want when I go shopping..always good service staff are friendly and helpful...good range of food and drinks and house hold items selection of sweetsandcrisps andchocolate as well......plenty of offers on all the time....coupons with money off if you spend over a certain amount....

Just phoned CUSTOMER SERVICES, well that's what they call it about customers walking around without a face mask on in thier Neasham Road store, to be told that they DON'T question as to why they're not wearing one, IN CASE THEY UPSET THEMSo "if" we go back into a lockdown, we can all Thank Farmlands MANAGEMENT, for thier contribution and hell so what if someone's Mum or Gran dies, at least they haven't upset any customers.

Just been to the new look farmfoods. It's great as it's got much more aisle room to shop. It's very friendly. The only thing is that it was very busy this morning- this was understandable as its been shut for a few weeks. However there was unfortunately no member of staff on the door to limit the amount of customers going in - this meant that - in my opinion - it wasn't done in a safe way regarding the covid situation. A real shame as it really is a great store
