Went in today and although service is normally lovely I noticed a worker named Paula being very rude to her own staff. As a hospitality worker myself I hope this isn’t a common occurrence:(

In my opinion Greggs make pretty average food but I suppose that's not a bad feet for a large chain food store. I think the pastries are pretty cheap but the pre-packed stuff is slightly more expensive.

Awesome is the best way to describe Gregg's shops in Darlington. You get consistently good food, with a great selection of fillings and sweet's coupled with a warm reception from the always busy staff behind the counter. Go at the right time and eat their pasties while they're hot and you'll see that the TV ad doesn't lie.
