Took over a hour and 10 mins to arrive after ordering through Just Eat, then when it did finally appear it was stone cold and went in the bin. Staff on the phone useless. offered a free meal tomorrow!! Surely EHO needs to look into these multi drop delivery methods to ascertain if any temp checks take place before leaving and whilst in transit. I have had warmer Chocolate milkshakes......

As you’d expect for a McDonald’s. Often have to wait round the corner from the drive-thru due to a longer wait on double quarter pound cheeseburgers.Parking: Lots of spaces, never remotely been an issue.

What can I say? It’s a McDonald’s!!! The food is always the same which is should be, the only thing that can differentiate is the service. Here the staff were courteous and service came with a smile. No omissions ( had a very large order for the office ) and everything was piping hot.

So we normally go out for bike rides most sunday, dropped into Darlington for a breakfast after 30 mile on our bikes, seriously you need to realise that waiting 10 minutes for 2 coffees and 2 breakfasts is shocking. You are clearly prioritising just eats. We will never be dropping in again. And when we got served they was not even sorry for your wait.

Last night we decided to get a snack from Maccies me and my sister were in there over half an hour stood waiting. My sisters order was acurate and came pretty quick but mine was not even MADE I had to go up to the counter and say where is my order and they had not even made it!! I only ordered 3 items Mayo chicken for my mum, Fries for me and a bottle of water. very slow service and my order wasnt even made. Wont be returning for a long time

Came here yesterday for dinner. The place itself was packed out so we had no choice but to sit outside. Fries were really nice but the big mac was freezing cold. I had my friend with me and he said his wrap was freezing cold aswell. I would really struggle to re visit this place if all your gonna get is freezing cold food

Normal McDonald’s restaurant. Car park was a bit like Wacky Races. If you want a burger and a good thrash around the car park then this is the place to go. I saw plenty of people in their parents cars given them a dam good thrashing. Will be back soon to join the fun!Parking: Is really a race track on a evening. Park in Darlington and walk. Less chance of damage!

man was really nice on the drive thru window and was not intimidating, the food was average but what lost McDonalds the points was bay number 2. Bay number 2 to put it frank is beyond miniature, a beetle would struggle to get into this spot and I don't mean the car brand. This car park was not thought out well and led to my partner having to ask a stranger to park the car for us. Not only was this humiliating, it was also very emasculating. Thanks for the food and the ego hit McDonalds.
