Great food with great atmosphere! Quite different than usual Turkish restaurants that do just kebab. They serve real turkish cuisine and it is very delicious. We ordered mititi for our daughter and it was super delicious as well.

Never had a bad meal here. If you want authentic Turkish food, this is hard to beat. Ideal if you are going to Darlington Hippodrome for a show.Parking: Parking is free after 6pm, just across the road.

Had a lovely meal here tonight for my wife's birthday. This place is a hidden gem in the Darlington area. Friendly atmosphere and highly recommended. We will definitely be returning in the very near future. I would highly recommend the mixed kebab which was cooked to perfection. My wife had the Chicken supreme which was delicious. The staff and the owner were very friendly.This place had lovely decor and the Turkish lamps look amazing.I don’t normally leave a 5* review, but this business highly deserves it.- Many thanks for a memorable evening.

Great starters mixed meze board with great bread and dips as well as great vegetarian components. Massive meat mains which tasted so good. Always lovely staff.

We did try to book here for a pre theatre meal on Thursday 30th November but was told they were fully booked. After getting off the train we thought we’d chance it and only two tables were occupied. We ordered two sparkling waters which arrived swiftly but were clearly out of a cheap bottle (not provided) as they tasted more like soda water and were flat. After looking at the very limited menu I asked the waitress if there was an ala carte menu and she had no clue what I was talking about. We decided that we would go elsewhere for the above reasons so I went to the desk to pay for the waters. As I approached the desk the same, rude young woman told me to ‘wait there’ as the phone started ringing. I think you’ll find a customer right in front of you is more important than answering the phone, especially as at this point she wasn’t aware we would be leaving. Apologies to the kitchen staff, I can’t rate the food but judging from the reviews it must be decent. My advice (take it or leave it) would be to sort out your front of house staff and not turn away bookings when you’re quiet.
