Got fish pattie and chips at lunchtime today. The chips were not very fresh, the fish pattie could have been amazing as it was two slices of potato with 100% fish pieces in the middle. Unfortunately, the potato slices were still a bit hard, but cooked a bit longer or precooking the potato would make this a winner.
