Darlo is by far my favourite takeaway place it’s 10/10 for customer service & the staff are polite the food is delicious ? always excellent service throughout they go out the way to satisfy you when orders have being either a little cold or a missing item I can’t fault them there a lovely well run take away business the manager is excellent & friendly mannor I won’t go anywhere else the food is so yummy ‘ there parmos are exceptional value for your money always a delight ordering from them so Thankyou pizza Darlo for all you do for me & my family it’s highly appreciated keep up the good work best pizza place in Darlington’!!! ?❤️

Very very disapointed I've been getting for a lot of years from here even when management changed had no probs till last night ordered on line from pizza darlo app money came out of bank but order didn't go through so when rang had to order again and was told to ring for refund no answer from number so no refund paid again when oder came some of order missing and it was cold first time ever had problem hope they resolve problem cos hate not to order from them anymore

Having tried a few shops around Darlington, this one has the best Parmo I’ve eaten in the last 4 years, plus they’re consistent with the great quality of food they provide. I always collect if I can.After having their Parmo quite a few times now, I won’t be going elsewhere for a Parmo in Darlington. It’s just perfect with a thick layer of sauce and cheese to cover the entire top. Then taste is great, it’s soft with a crispy breadcrumb coat, very rich sauce and cheese cooked to perfection. If you haven’t tried this place or not been in a while, I recommend you give this place another go, it’s really nice food.Plus staff in the shop are very friendly, always greeted me with smiles and nice to talk too. Highly recommended!

First and last time ordered from here pizza was freezing cold like had been cooked hours earlier and been with driver an hour and was absolutely tasteless most bland pizza ever eaten and I eat them almost everyday thought I would try this place won't do again and the chips were even worse cold shrivelled only thing that taste decent was the coca cola awful food wouldn't recommend at all worst takeaway had in Darlington by far I give 1 star because there is no option for 0

I always order 5 top choice pizza through Pizza Darlo and never have any complaints I usually get the same toppings of onions, peppers, sweetcorn, chicken and tuna but this time it looked like a vegetarian pizza...a few bits of chicken but hardly no tuna a few flakes maybe... definitely a let down to the usual standard???
