Only because one off the kitchen staff isn’t on top of her hygiene I can prove that she shouldn’t be near the food at all as her kitchen is full off dog crap and the sink is full off pots that have been their since last month. REMOVE HER FROM THE KITCHEN BEFORE SHE GIVES EVERYONE ONE FLEAS!!!!!

We ordered food at 5pm for delivery around 7.30pm I understand its NYE and they are busy but food has just turned 2.5 hours late it’s not very warm, not much taste dry as a bone, I have chucked the chicken wings out as they were cold and not reheating them up! No one in the shop could answer the phone delivery man just said here’s your pizza no apologies, eaten 2 pieces very greasy the rest going in the bin! I know next time to stay away!!!!!

Nice staff, good food, just don't expect timely delivery. Ignore the website timings, just add an hour or two for delivery. Happened more than once.

Honestly some of the worse pizzas I've ever eaten. The toppings were just scattered over the top, the cheese was practically nonexistent, and they were both barely baked and burnt. Absolutely disgusting.

Pizzas always piping hot, facility is spotless, smells gorgeous as you walk in, friendly staff, never a que on the counter. Excellent value, especially the £5 favourites.

After attempting to place an order online with Darlington Pizza Hut. I soon discovered that the advertised offer of 50% off a £50 spend did not tally up at checkout. I phoned Pizza Hut to query the issue only to be told that the offer is pizza and sides only and to ‘check the small print’ I have attached 2 screen shots of their website. Judge for yourselves.

Its a clean, tidy place and the staff are kind. Prices are a little high for college students. Would be better if there was a student discount.
Got a delivery of 16 medium pizzas for a birthday party. £5 each which was very reasonable. They were delivered on time and all hot. I arranged this the day before with the shift manager, who came in early so I could ring my order in at 11:30 (they don't open until 12) First class service. Would highly recommend for a kids party.

Ordered a pizza over 2 hours ago and still hasn’t been delivered. Can’t get hold of them on the phone and don’t seem to be replying to any messages. Funny how they are quick to take your money but not get anything in return! Will definitely not be using Pizza Hut again!
