A slightly more old fashioned but solid premier inn. You can expect the comfort of a usual Premier Inn room.Check In and Out is super easy and quick and fully automated.Breakfast is at the beefeater restaurant. Good solid choice for the start of the day.If you're travelling through and need a place to stay, you can't go wrong with this premier inn.Walkability: You will need a car to get here.Food & drinks: Situated in a shopping park, lots of options around during the day.

Rooms: Very good clean rooms. Large tv. Good comfy beds.Nearby activities: Several eateries nearby. Beefeater pub next door.

Service upon arrival was good, but condition of room was poor - heating didn't work at all which isn't ideal in December, causing us to sleep really badly! When I raised this with the staff, they didn't seem surprised and didn't even apologise. Room was clean however. Would recommend the Travelodge just down the road instead for a much better stay!

Decided to do Christmas away for a change. Been to Morton twice before and enjoyed. However this time oops, good to see Christine again with the usual greeting but it went downhill from there. No wi fi for the tablets. Evening meal on Christmas Eve virtually stuck behind a column and forgot about. Food not the usual standard steak black and tough.. My good lady booked in upfront in November for Christmas dinner so we had a table in her name but the kitchen had no food order (lost it). Hastily cobbled together from our paperwork, salmon and prawn cocktail with no salmon. Main course looked like it landed from a great height onto the plate . Roast spuds burnt , carrots raw , pig in blanket with no blankets, a piece of stuffing that looked like a hernia, and turkey to resole my shoes . The restaurant was devoid of any atmosphere, staff seemed liked they didn't want to be there, just great. In general house keeping needs looking into, dusty room, and plenty of dust in restaurant radiators. Apart from the initial greeting it appeared to be a chore from the rest of the staff. Was going to stay an extra night because incoming storm but told to book online (no WiFi) so home James. Have stayed in 3 prems this year but the whole attitude is depressing, so it's back to holiday express.

Hotel was absolutely fine. Only negative was the time for checkin and waiting for a VAT receipt on checkout the following day. This was because a new computer system went live that day, so staff needed to learn and computer terminals a bit slow, so no worries.

For the price we paid on a Sunday night I cannot fault this place. But more than the price the lady that helped us at reception when we arrived was lovely. It was just before Halloween and the team left a little game for our boy in the room to find the pumpkin cards. It was just a nice touch that felt like they cared a bit which is rare these days. Comfy warm clean rooms with all the amenities you need ... what's more to ask for really.Rooms: Comfy beds

Nice birthday celebration and retirement. The staff were very attentive, took photos, helped with selection of food. A lovely experience. The steaks were perfect and for 6.99 the kids had a three course meal.

Bad experienceSorry but sitting me pretty much on someone's knee at breakfast when it's empty infuriates me, person slurping tea 2foot to the left and another to my right, then pop music blasting out in my ear. No thanks won't be stopping here

Easy check in , nice friendly staff and comfy bed. Only stayed one night and ate in the restaurant adjoining the hotel. I had the meal deal in the restaurant which included breakfast in the morning, very good value ?

A great check in the lady on the front desk was polite, friendly and very helpful whilst very busy. To the very early morning breakfast at 06:30 this was lead by Tracey an excellent brand ambassador. Everything was ready to go on time. The welcome every person received was warm, friendly and personalised. The food was cooked perfectly and aknowlement must go to the people behind the scenes making the whole experience smooth, efficient and a great start to anyone's day. Thank you and well done again.Rooms: Very clean no fuss

Booked 2 adults and 1 toddler. A nice surprise of a treasure hunt in the room for the child - so simple but kept her occupied whilst we settled in.Reception and 1st corridor cool, rest of building 28C. Fan in room helped (a bit). Our room had a tv input box with usb and av inputs. Tv channels very limited, barely any worked.Receptionists were all really nice and friendly. We didn't know what to do with nappies but receptionist took then to dispose. Maybe add nappy suitable bins if specifying a toddler in the room?Breakfast all self serve, great quality and choice (if buying unlimited).
