Please can we apologize for our late Review. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to The Wonderful Staff, We ate well and The Baked potato's are baked to Perfection and The Tuna was Gorgeous and served so neatly on The Plates. Your Mugs ( Forgive us we do not use that word ) Really was a Taste that we will not forget in a long time. A Good Strong Hot Drink with The Right Color and It really did hit the Want of a Good Cup Of Tea. May we say your Table cloths are so Lovely and Family Warm . We shall go back home with Fond Memories and Forever know that This really was The Best Cafe/Restaurant we ate in while in This Town Of North East England Darlington. You Guys are just Lovely and Ma'am /Sir we again say Thank You

I'm trying all the cafes in Darlington and this was next on my list. Cozy and friendly, but nothing special. I didn't try the breakfasts on offer so I can't comment on them, but they seemed popular. Prices were very reasonable. My latte was a little bitter, but the scone was OK. Because of the size of the place the smell of frying was quite strong. There are better (and much worse) cafes in the town. I'll be back again soon to try something a bit more substantial.

Popped in for a light lunch and it was lovely. Very reasonable prices for what you get and the portion sizes were perfect. Staff really friendly and helpful. Nice calm atmosphere. Tucked away from town so not busy at all like most places closer to town. Overall a great
