“I’m not a fan of Greggs food in general, but croissant is ok, normal, and chicken pesto flatbread is good, plus it’s really cheap, so I often come here. Today I sat down inside for the first time and the upper floor is really nice.
The staff is always welcoming, although they once gave me tea instead of cappuccino, because apparently when I say “cappuccino”, some people understand “cup of tea” (this was not the first time); when it happened, I started ordering in the app (just on the way to Greggs and I usually wait just a couple of minutes when I arrive).”

“Seriously, you're reading a review for Gregg's? What do you expect? It's decent, cheap food, with the priority being to get you out the door as soon as possible. I rate this Gregg's higher that the other Durham location, mostly because they're better here at the breakfast sandwich in the bag so the filling doesn't fall out. As far as Gregg's, this is a solid 3½ or 4.”
