I love this cute and cozy little teashop! The food is excellent, all freshly prepared and the range of cakes, scones and pastries is amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful, it feels like you've popped for coffee at a friend's house. The gift shop downstairs is lovely too, some really unusual and unique items, and some fantastic local gifts.

If you are visiting Durham, forget about the restaurants in the City and pop to Bespoke and you won’t be disappointed. Very welcoming staff, warm atmosphere and the food is amazing and plentiful. A proper pot of tea goes wonderfully with the best strawberry tart I have ever eaten. If you are really lucky you will get the window seat with spectacular views over Penshaw Monument. A wonderful family business. Well done!

We haven't been to Sacriston for years but came specially to visit this tearoom on a recommendation, specifically we were told they did amazing Peach Melbas which is a delicacy that you can't get in London. The cafe is located in the centre of the village above a gift shop in what was Lloyds Bank. We parked on a side road about 100m away. The cafe has quite a few tables and we found a clear one although they were quite busy. We had a cappuccino to have in and bought a peach and a strawberry Melba to take away. The cappuccino was very good indeed and the Peach Melba was superb and enough for two people. We haven't tasted the strawberry one yet. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic customer service.... my partner and I had afternoon tea...... OMG wat can I say but.... FABULOUS.... even had to ask for a box to bring the rest home....Talk about stuffed...Staff are fantastic .... I would have given 5 stars but the only downside is the fact the tea rooms are up stairs.. not at all good for disabled people or people with breathing problems like myself that find it hard to manage stairs....Would have been better to have tea room down stairs to make things easier.... the gift shop could have been up stairs .....But apart from that I will deffo be back for more yum yum.....
