Having persuaded my family to go to Burger King as opposed to MacDonalds, I was disappointed with this store yesterday. Firstly there are only about 6 parking spaces outside the store, which were all full so we had to walk my disabled Mum across 4 or 5 kerbs when she can hardly walk. Once we'd managed to park somewhere, we went in and put our order in on the self service pads. 4 meals chosen, couldn't process the order, please order at the counter. Self service pad also said no coffee available. Coffee WAS available when we ordered at the counter. Order in, the staff had to use the card machine at the drive thru window, and then couldn't allow us access to enter a PIN number for the card when contactless wouldn't work. We had to give the staff the PIN?! Order received, we sat and unwrapped our burgers, 3 x bacon double cheeseburgers and a chicken royale. Every one of them was cold. Not tepid or warm, clay cold. Fries were warm but the burgers were very disappointing. Having persuaded my family to eat at Burger King, you kind of let the side down today! Won't be back. Sorry!Parking: Very few spaces directly outside the store.

Sat in and had a double whopper meal. Food was nice and fresh, tastes very good too!!Service was impeccable and the staff were very polite ( that includes the managers).Well done !!Parking: No issues at all!!

Usually this place is good, this visit it wasn't up to scratch, a take away order.... a double whopper came, greasy, tasted strange, bun was full of grease, hardly any salad in it. a chicken royal was swamped in mayonnaise with about half a lettuce in it. possibly due to new staff... I will go back and hope this was just a one off.positives, staff are pleasant and friendly, willing to help.the place is clean, toilets clean also.

Service was terrible. Very bad attitude from the young member of staff who served me my order.The food was fine and thats the main thing I suppose ?Vegetarian options: The vegan nuggets are brilliant

Wasn’t sure how to operate the ordering screens as this was my first visit to a BK with my two Granddaughters.The counter staff were not particularly helpful - probably just go to Macdonald’s next time when I want fast food.The only positive was the chap who seemed to be in charge, (he with the Bluetooth headset) when he did eventually come to help and sort of explained the system.The food was as expected.A tub of BBq sauce was an additional 35p - ok not a fortune - but this is a Burger Bar!The veggie thing my wife chose was tasteless I’m told.If they had tried a little bit harder I may have returned - but there are other fast food establishments very close by, so my options are very open!The two grandchildren didn’t rave about the experience either, although they did demolish their chicken nuggets and burger meal!

I think Burger King has picked up across the board. Better deals, better staff, cleaner restaurants, faster food. This one is my go to always pleased. Finished with M
