Despite the attempts of the staff there to work as quickly as possible behind the counter despite being obviously very understaffed, the average queuing time on the four occasions I've been there (twice on a Saturday, twice on a Sunday) is 40-45 minutes. The plus side I suppose would be that because there is such a slow turnover of getting hot drinks out, 50% of the tables are always free. Bad service considering it wasn't even busy. Ordered a latte and a babyccino, asked for cinnamon on both but they don't have any. I was offered whipped cream but didn't get any. I asked for a blueberry muffin but didn't get one. I took my son to the toilet half way through drinking and came back to an empty table because they took everything away. I had even left our coats there so people would know we were coming back. Not even an apology! Disgraceful, won't ever return.
