Ordered five big pizzas for my daughter's pool party. Spoke to a staff member on the phone beforehand who is very helpful and friendly as I had put the wrong order time online and he changed it and the pizza arrived at the leisure center bang on time and the pizza was delicious . big thumbs up and thank you to the delivery driver.

Messed up my order by missing out items (not surprised I had to shout over the loud music whilst ordering). Overcharged me and did not even offer alternatives.

App needs t waiting times up dating as a 9minute wait for collection was 25. On arrival for pic up was told 5 minutes as just going in oven then 10 minutes later was just starting to make pizza.

Ordered Nachos and received what looked like the bottom of a smashed up crisp bag emptied into the box. The top was also overcooked.I contacted customer service only to be told that because I hadn't called the store they were unable to do anything. It does not say this on their complaints information at all.Terrible customer service. Wanted a takeaway as a treat and ended up with food I could hardly eat and dismissive customer care attitude.

Been going here for months on most weekends after going to the gym and nothing to complain about, workers there spot on always helping with deals, pizzas always spot on.

Some good deals and quick service via click and collect however for the price the amount of topping is pitiful. Not a fan of the no cash, card only policy this policy has no place in the UK.

They don’t cut the pizzas properly, ever.Delivery missed items.Visited the store to be greeted with the staff playing drum and bass excessively loud, staff members walking around eating pizza whilst preparing food.This place needs shutting down.And the end result - an uncut, greasy undercooked pizza.This is the worst dominos in existence and they give the company a bad name.

Open 24 hours, so I can get a pizza with my boyfriend after work (he's night shift) /and/ you can sit in? Fantastic work Dominos, 10/10

Ordered food at about 12:30 and didn’t arrive till 1:40 they forgot items off my order I called , they “sent” me the rest of my order at 1:45 and said it would be here by 2:15 and it’s not 2:45 and still haven’t got the order asked for a refund on what they missed out and I didn’t even get that absolutely disgraceful services!! And to add this is 2:45am!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. Waited an hour and half to be told our order was on way. When rang 30 min later told they didn’t ever receive our order. Happened twice!!!!

Being an ex Domino’s store manager, very disappointed that they want to charge for extra sauce. Also wasn’t happy that the team member was trying to put his finger through the screen as he was entering the order, definitely wasn’t a pleasant individual.

Went into this domino’s store whilst on a business trip with colleagues and was wanting to make a large order so I was taking my time working out how much food wold be enough, when asking questions about toppings (to fulfil dietary requirements and allergens) the boy at the counter said “I haven’t got a clue look online” (Which is alarming for someone who makes the pizzas on a daily basis) , a few moments passed and I was ready to order (I needed 10 pizzas and sides) as I looked to the boy at the till he said very promptly “I haven’t got all day , are you ready to order now or keep me waiting longer“ (It was midday and there was no one else in the shop I’d been in there for 5 minutes but for a paying customer I wouldn’t of expected the treatment I received) I proceeded with my order anyway and just brushed his comment off , the order came to well over £100 and they said I would only be able to pay by contactless due to covid I wasn’t allowed to touch the card machine , I explained to him that I wouldn’t be able to pay contactless as my contactless is limited , he then got rude again saying I had wasted his time , I told him that the way he was speaking too customers wasn’t acceptable and I didn’t want my order due to to this as I didn’t appreciate the way he was talking and left I definitely wouldn’t go back!

Just ordered they have taken money from my bank and said that it hasn’t gone through when I rang they said it’s a common problem that I will have to wait 7 days for my money back will not order again
