This location is NOT enforcing covid protocols for their customers. The signs say max 5 customers and all must be wearing masks, but there were easily twice that inside, and only half wearing masks. I know their food is great, and it looks like staff are following covid protocols themselves, but nothing is actually being enforced, hence the one star review

Bought a hot chocolate and when I put it down on the table to tipped over and spilt, it burned all down my friends leg as it was boiling hot, this happened because the lid was not placed properly this caused it, I’m a very loyal customer and I am not satisfied with this service, this Greggs is under staffed! I will not being coming to this Greggs no more.

You don't get a lot for your money in Greggs, however, I like this particular bakery as the staff are friendly, it is always clean and has a nice little seating area.
