Bacon and cheese wrap was undercooked. Was verbally abused by a member of staff. Good vibes

Well done to Greggs for opening a much needed larger bakery in the middle of the city. The usual range of great food and friendly staff. Plenty of seating inside as well as a whole floor upstairs and toilets. Only two stars because it has been filthy upstairs every time I've been. Tables, floor and loos were a disgrace. It's put me off going there, I've said in previous reviews there are a lot of stairs in the city making access difficult for some, but there are still loads of places to visit on flat or hilly ground, it shouldn't stop staff from cleaning.

Great staff. Steak bake, fruit cup and eclaire won't steer you wrong. Good seating and hot drink options. Easy to find and great location.

One of the few welcomed places to open early for those needing an early breakfast ahead of the Durham Miners Gala

Greggs is always great for a quick snack or lunch. The vegan sausage rolls are surprisingly good. The tomato soup is delicious.

Central location - busy cafe - queue for coffees - plenty staff - typical Greggs style - friendly barista - had a joke about Scottish money - noted that this shop issued loyalty cards in paper form whereas locally in Perth - Greggs have been told about this but no action has been taking in the Perth shops -- is this a "training" issue?
