Not a good experience spent £45 never again when I phoned to complain was told they would put me on the list for discounted next time..£8.99 for this meal ordered 4 ? kids meal tiny box of chicken bites comes with drink no chips comes with fruit but none put in bag £4.49...not ideal

Called in on a Sunday evening around 7pm (they close at 10pm) only to eventually be told they weren't taking any more orders in the restaurant because they had taken too many orders for delivery. At least we were better off than the poor woman in front of us in the queue - she was waiting for over 10 minutes before anybody bothered to tell her this.

Went to get takeaway for the family. I asked for no drumsticks and I got four drumsticks. I asked for corn and coleslaw and only got corn. The chicken we did get was really over cooked and the chickens must have been on a starvation diet as there was barely any meat on the bones. Add to that the price shooting up and well it was just dreadful over all. I was there at 5:30 so I'd expect a fair bit of throughput and stuff being fresh as it was dinner time.

Grubby looking. The teenagers did not look happy. I watched the lad make my chicken burger and I was a little worried about the obvious health and hygiene... just a grubby miserable place

It's fair to say I won't be going there again. the order was wrong after a 20 min wait. The chicken in the wrap was burnt. Was absolutely freezing in the shop. The rubbish bin was overflowing. the whole thing was off-putting. If I hadn't paid by card, I'd have asked for money back and went elsewhere.

No customers were being served . We were stood there 10 minutes while staff members just stood there looking around not doing anything decided to leave as staff had no interest in serving us. Would not recommend this place to anybody.

Don't use an ap for your order.105 mins after order... freezing cold bag of food arrives.I tried ringing the driver ehen he got very lost.. and a child answers. Child has zero idea what I'm saying.Called KFC and they said nowt to do with us.Opened the bag and order has 6 items missing. Called KFC again... if I want this resolved... drive 8 miles and drop it off.UTTER GARBAGE.

Dirty tables, floor and chairs. Had to ask to get cleaned, she cleaned the chairs, had to ask her back to clean table. Uncaring lackadaisical staff got 3 meals wrong out of 4. 13 chips in a portion. Toilets dirty with toilet roll all over. Premises really cold food lukewarm at best. Disgraceful, no wonder we had no problem getting seats.

Haven't been for months but as food is ok thought to give it another try .no still chips under table.tables dirty.staff all chatting behind till. Won't be going back.

Waited 2 hours for my food to be delivered and it didnt i had to pick it up. Wasnt even warm. Waiting on refund i was promised aswell.

A bad KFC all round. We picked up food to watch the football with, got home half a mile away (driving) and the food was stone cold. Only the gravy was hot. The boneless box we ordered wasn’t boneless as half the chicken was pieces with bones. I complained with a private tweet and got an apology but didn’t replace the food or anything. Cleaning also needs improved here. Just won’t be back.

Staff need training. Not one of them knew what went into our orders. Went up three times because of giving us wrong items. On way out seen one member of staff biting at her finger nails. Place needs shut down. Standard of food was even worse. Deserves no stars.

I don't know what is going on with this KFC. Service is very, very slow even if you order in advance through the app. We checked in about 6 minutes before we arrived and I still had to wait almost 15 more minutes for the food. We were there on the 30th November and it was freezing cold inside. They had no heating on at all so, even if you wanted to eat in, you couldn't. The screens are broken so you can't see the menu (and they have been broken for months) so you have no choice but to use the app. As for the food - it's burnt. This isn't the first time. The chicken coating should be a lovely golden colour but it's dark brown, verging on black. The chicken is almost certainly refried. It's awful. Couldn't eat it so a waste of £25. Will not return.
