Ordered a Boneless box for 2 costing £20. Home is less than 5 minutes away. Food was cold. Fries were overcooked and some burnt black. One chicken piece was broken in two. Choice drink not available. Reheating the meal made me ill. I feel we were given a cancelled oder that had been lying around as it was ready before we got to the window. Never had cause to complain in the past, but will not be using them again. A fast food take-away to be avoided. Complained to the website 2 days ago. Not had the common decency to reply to me.

Service at this kfc is shocking. Waited 20mins at the drive through for our food. No communication as to delays on orders and we were the only people there. Will NEVER come back here. This branch should be audited as they are bringing down the brand.

The worst portion sizes of any KFC we have visited. Snack buckets are never more than half full on any of our visits. I'm not actually sure how they're getting away with it.

Walking in from a cold outside to a just as cold KFC Big plus they had numbered cards at the self service machine 1st time in 3 weeks "grandkids like it" ordered food then then had to go and ask for receipt then waited shivering to warm up!!!! For food coming ? delivered pleased I had asked for print out trying to sort out individual meals . Food warm at best. Went to collect ice cream for youngest sorry we don't have any machine still broken it needs a part ahahah same as last week . ? OK will have a white choc cookie got a milk choc cookie ahahah told kids never again slow service staff interested in each others conversation and not costomers this place needs a shake up

The food is standard.Service however is very poor. If using the drive thru you'll be asked to park in a waiting bay even if you're the only person in the queue. The staff are not fast and not trained well. Round the corner at McDonalds (I don't know how they do it) they serve queues of people and must have a production line inside because they are incredible.KFC used to have only teens working there, now it's adults I expected it to get better but no. Poorly managed.

Tried it last night night standing in a queue to order behind a few people which they decided to walk out because not one member of staff come to sort people’s orders and tbh we waited another 15 minutes to see if we would be seen and again staff didn’t acknowledge the queue so we left I am not someone who normally moans but you losing customers constantly

Popped in tonight on my way home from work, and grabbed some food. Got home with the bargain bucket, to find that the wings were missing from my order but also the order came with a member of staffs hair included. Rang the shop, and Darcy the ‘manager’ after seeing pictures wasn’t bothered and didn’t seem to care, and decided he can’t refund or replace the food ???! Maybe if they didn’t have about 4 staff messing about behind the counter, stuff like this could be avoided? Absolute shambles.

Went through the drive through and first of all struggled to understand the person on the intercom, once we managed to get the order in was told to proceed to the window to pay, we did this then told to move to next window to collect food, Once at the window was told to park up as food would be a while? KFC? QUICK food, after 10 minutes of waiting I went back to see what was happening and told the food was still being cooked, waited another 5 minutes and finally got food that was over cooked and basically flung in to a bag, Disgraceful service

What an absolute joke this place was this afternoon. I've never seen anything like it! It was busy but the kitchen seemed to be able to turn over the food faster than the two staff members at the front could bag it. Honestly, they didn't have a clue what they were doing as they blundered on without a care in the world with blank looks on their faces. There was a que of people asking for their money back! Not once did I hear them call any numbers out, they just seemed to be packing food into bags at snail pace and putting them to one side as the que in the restaurant just got bigger and bigger!
