Genuinely the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to. Slow on a consistent basis. Quality is good, but never receive orders within 10 minutes, always have to pull into a bay, despite my orders not being big!

Extremely poor orders two milkshakes on the machine goes to til where the order is then confirmed and paided for waits ten minutes to be told I’m sorry are milkshakes are not on can I get u something else !Uh no all staff should be informed start of shift and informing people in drive through they are onThis is the one of if not the worst McDonald’s to ever get milk shakes from be luckily if u can get one every few months

This McDonald’s is absolutely horrendously managed. Every single time and I mean every single time I’ve went to this specific McDonald’s, they’ve gotten my order wrong in one way or another and I have a non- verbal autistic sister and it’s really not convenient for her or my family and me because she gets upset. The food is less tasteful than the other McDonald’s stores I have been to. Service is disgusting, staff are rude and ignorant and it’s plain to see they all just can’t be bothered there. Thanks a lot.

What an incompetent bunch of people. Handed a completely wrong order to a driver and blamed the driver for accepting. How do you mixed up a £26 order for a damn childs meal. Phoned to speak to a manager and never spoken to someone who couldn't care less. Constantly making mistakes and take 0 responsibility. What a joke!

Genuinely the worse Macdonald's experience I've ever had. They didn't have the drink I wanted, let down number 1. Forgot the pies in the order so I had to go back in and was left nearly ten minutes at the till with the rest of my food getting cold till I got them, let down number 2.I got home and 2 of the 3 burgers were completely wrong! How hard is it to listen to what the customer is asking for and do it? Let down number 3. I thought the arnison centre one was bad jesus Christ this one's abysmal! Will never give this branch another chance. Maccys in general seems to be getting worse overall, all whilst the prices are getting out of hand. What happened to this once great institution? Seriously guys do better!

After grabbing my order they slammed the window shut and after i check everything is there (wrong order) i waited for them to come back to complete rudeness and attitude, she then had no idea what to do and called out for help with “you help me” to her colleague, she then moved me down to the next window where i waited for 10 minutes till the same person came back and had no idea why i was there till i reminded them. Another person came back and asked what id ordered in a rude and condescending tone, after i finally got my order they passed it with no apology or extra food, place is ran by immature children.

I Will not visit them again, they have no respect for any customers. I was waiting at the til for more than half an hour and staff were not willing to take my order and at the end they said they can’t get any orders because their system is down. It wasn’t first time, every time they have something going on.
