Just good! Please come to Thailand!

Sadly I think they were understaffed.Ordering via the QR code is recommended however they never bring the drinks out until you chase.Food came out promptly but there only seemed to be one bottle of lemon herb sauce in the restaurant so had to borrow from another table. My burger was their new garlic bread bun and the bottom half was wet on the bottom. Either sat too long or wasn't grilled properly.Portions for the sides also seem to be smaller than in the past, but that may just be our imagination. The whole experience of Nandos is just getting a bit boring now, having to get your own cutlery etc I don't think saves them any money but it does take away some of the magic of eating out.Probably won't go back anytime soon.

Chicken Pitta was cold and tough as old boots. Service from staff was good

Having been to various Nando’s restaurants across the country, sad to see my local store completely ran down.Had a special meal with my partner to find the food not very warm, took over 10 to 15 minutes to process a gift card and the drink machine was broken on the main floor which was not explained when buying drinks at the till. Was not worth the money what we paid unfortunately for really poor service and experience where I was not able to relax and enjoy our meal. Asked for a complaint form from the manager just to be told that I had to email in a complaint rather than in person… wouldn’t visit again unless things improve.

Usually lovely, I was a little disappointed on my last visit when my pitta arrived with no halloumi cheese in and a lack of sauce, felt like a cheap sandwich.

Went very late on in the day, the staff were clearing down, but they were still top notch in their customer

Came into nandos to kill some time before I had to start work as I figured it would be easy and fast. I was wrong, it took 20-30 minutes to receive our food as well as our drinks which I had to ask them for. I'd understand if it were busy but there were only 4 people in the restaurant. The staff also decided to make themselves some food before starting on our food. Once we eventually received our food the chicken was extremely dry and hardly any taste to it whatsoever and the drinks tasted off, almost dirty. In my experience with Nandos I receive my food within 8-10 minutes and my drinks 1-2 minutes. Extremely disappointed

Placed order to collect online. Easy process food ready on time. Food was lovely fino pitta and piri piri chips.

Standard Nando's, I really like it. Did take 10 minutes past the collection time but still

Went to nandos Durham was greeted by a gentleman, after ordering the food arrived cold and the chicken was over cooked. There were multiple fruit flies around and I mentioned this to the server who didn’t say much, I then re mentioned it to the manager who said they were aware of this issue and were getting it sorted later this week. I think this place should have been closed prior to this or we should have been at least warned prior to sitting down and ordering. I’m a firm fan of nandos but extremely disappointed by this visit and food.

Nando's in Durham is a great place to relax and catch up with friends in a comforting environment. The food quality has been consistently good at this branch, which is always a plus. However, one noticeable downside is the increased prices across all branches, which is unfortunate. The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere, but it can get quite busy, as I experienced when I visited on a Wednesday evening around 7 PM. There was a queue, which was a bit surprising for a weekday. The staff, though, are friendly and accommodating. One minor inconvenience is that they encourage customers to order through a QR code, which can be annoying for those who prefer a traditional menu like myself. On the bright side, the cleanliness of the bathroom was notable, adding to the overall positive impression of the restaurant. All in all, Nando's in Durham is a decent dining spot, especially considering the limited options available in Durham. Despite the higher prices and the digital ordering process, it remains a reliable choice for those looking for a tasty meal and a cosy place to spend time with friends.

I attended yesterday 28th Oct 23. Was greeted and server by some young blond lady. Suck brilliant service by her, nothing seemed too much or a hassle. She's an absolute credit to your company, bravo young lady whomever you are. Food came out really fast ant there was a good atmosphere on the Saturday afternoon. Definitely come back, better than most of the other Nandos I've been too. ???

Friendly staff. That's the positive.Long food wait times.Insistence on ordering food on the clunky app.No coke zero on tap. Possibly the worst Nandos experience I've ever had.Won't be returning

The chicken was extremely dried out and the staff took about 40 minutes to bring out the food. Our toddler refused his kids meal (the burger). I tried it and it was completely tasteless and inedible. A disappointing experience from what it usually one of our favourite chains.
