Super dirty!We have four people and 3 plates they gave to us are dirty! You can see the rest foods on it! All greasy plates！ even don’t want to touch them! Only the plate on the top looks clean. Super awful! I can’t trust their kitchen anymore!

Misleading photo on the menu for the double-breast chicken seemed to show more food than was delivered.Vegetarian options: Limited options but nice.Dietary restrictions: We were asked if anyone had any food allergies.Parking: Timed parking - 3 hours maximum.

Wasn't impressed ? felt like it needed a deep clean
Visited on an extremely busy Friday evening. Almost every table was occupied. However, we were still seated immediately . The restaurant appeared clean and tables were cleared promptly. Although the establishment was full, there was no waiting time to place our order at the till. Graham was calm, friendly and efficient. It was apparent that he was very knowledgeable and cared about the customers. We will not hesitate to return. Thank you Graham and thank you Nandos.

The worst restaurant I’ve ever ordered from, ordered for rice and chicken, only to get some miserable cold chicken delivered plus chips and not rice, called and they only apologize, said they can’t do delivery twice so I can’t get the rice again, to return the rice money,they still insisted that it will take 3 business day, Nando just messed up with my night. Imagine waiting for that long to get this rubbish service. I’m so hungry right now and angry with Nando Hartlepool. Infact I hate them right now.

The waitress that brought our starters over was highly rude and just flung them down at us and didn’t even ask if that was all we needed, not only that she seemed unhappy to be there and like she didn’t want to serve us, she did not smile once she did not even make eye contact.

The family and I always enjoy a Nando’s, however I have marked down on this occasion as I watched my food seat under a heat lamp for a good 5 minutes and then arrive at the table luke warm. The food is usually delicious. My husband usually orders butterfly chicken with peri-peri chips and I get the beanie burger and they are normally really lovely.Vegetarian options: Surprisingly for a chicken restaurant - there are lots of different options for a vegetarian. Beanie burgers are lovely and rainbow salad is gorgeous.
