I ordered a pizza for pickup at 6:50 for 7:15 and I got there and it took them 3 minutes to bother to come over to the front desk to see what I wanted and turns out they hadn't even started to make it yet and only started making it at 7:20 and got it a little after 7:30. They weren't even busy or anything it was completely dead and I saw a guy eating chocolate in the kitchen and a guy cutting kebab while on the phone. Ordered our food at 7.20pm for delivery via Just Eat. The app estimated 40 minutes to an hour which on a Saturday night is reasonable. As we reach 8.30pm there is no sign of our food so we called the takeaway to check in and we were told the driver was 10 minutes away. Called in and ordered for a pickup, they said come in 30minutes. When i got there 30min later they said it would be another 15min, i think they didnt even start cooking until i was there. Thats why the 4 stars.
