Food was so cold when it arrived and kebab meat was rather light in colour and not cooked enough as we like it. We did state that we wanted it cooked well done which we get every week but tonight was just disgusting so won't be back we'll try some where else

We order from here every week, sometimes twice per week and never complained, but tonight my husbands kebab meat was cold and hard, he called to tell them and the lady on the desk replied 'well order from somewhere else then!' We couldn't believe how rude she was! We called again and asked to speak with the manager who told us we would have to drive to the shop if we wanted a replacement and put the phone down on my husband?!?! I don't understand why they would speak to a customer this way, we are absolutely disgusted

Since moving to Durham from Newton Aycliffe I have been in search for a Pizza shop that is as good as my old Local, Olive Garden. Pizza time, is by far the best pizza shop in Durham. Keep it up and maybe one day Pizza Time will be better than my old local Olive Garden.

The pizza here is super delicious and might be one of the best pizzas in Durham, but I wish they are taking extra care with the hygiene (if any piece falls down don’t put it again in the pizza or the plate that is not acceptable)
