Called there for diesel today 20/02/23 the diesel price £1.85 ltr.When I asked why it so expensive when I had used another shell garage (Newton Aycliffe services) the same morning and paid £1.65 ltr, I was told that the owner is very greedy. not good at all and deffo would not use again, shame you can't leave zero stars

They have recently removed the roof from the HGV pumps. Make sure you have a waterproof jacket. Since there is no roof there is no lighting as well.

Along the A1, there is a McDonald’s and Days Inn close by. Fuel prices, make them what you like. The shop size is on the small side, selected range of products and most of it is what you expect at the service station. Toilet where not on the clean side and was on the rough side. So as you can imagine it was a quick stop

Stopped there last Saturday night. The lady on night shift was polite and rather witty. There was a problem with the card reader and she could not have been more helpful. Makes a nice change these days; 10 out of 10 ?

If I could post as zero star I would. Called in here as needed air on a tyre. Checked on the app and found that they had a Airline, but you could use with your card, so opted to stop hereTo find that the machine was only taking cash as I didn’t have my debit card on me. Asked the guy behind the counter if there was any way that I could buy something on my credit card and then refund it in cash.He’s very blunt, rude answer was nope not my problem you’ll have to get cash out the machine. Now being employee of show myself if it’s with me, I would’ve let the customer buy something on the card and refund it in cash kept the both receipts and explained to the manager in the morning what happened but no not this guy. He was having none of it but as my tire was completely flat I needed air so my only other choice was to take £10 out of the machine on my credit card. And have been charged for the privilege….. even offered to the guy to do a bank transfer from my bank account to him to avoid the fee, but again not, his problem was rudeWhen I first came to the window, he didn’t even want to come to the counter as he was cleaning the coffee machines, I saw him roll, his eyes, Tut and flap and waves, and about before I even came up, and his attitude stunk from the first moment he came to the windowDefinitely will not be calling here againThe lad in question I need some customer service training desperately

Fuel Pumps dispensed at a reasonable speed? Is that a review? Not sure what else to say. Prices in line with elsewhere. The app is a nice touch but it didnt want to take my card, be sure to add your card pre visit, so I had to go inside and be in the same space as other people. 4 stars as app let me down.
