I absolutely love getting a matcha latte and frappe, usually. But this time I clearly ordered one they given me an iced latte instead. So I asked if they could remake it and the women told me no that it’s too late. I used to go to this Starbucks all the time, poor energy and service.

Always cold, not a warm place. The staff member Denise is rude. She has served our coffee for 3 weeks and each time has served weak coffee and not size appropriate e.g when ordered vente the drink is not filling the cup, the drink is much less. When asked about this she has roller her eyes and lacked attention to understanding what I have paid for. Show some attention to your customer service and skills in coffee making.

It's a Starbucks. Usually plenty of space and seats available, staff happy to make adjustments re drinks though they've gotten my name wrong so much I often give a nickname instead for takeout.
