Drinks were served quickly during a busy time of the day. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Other customers were impatient but that’s not the staff’s fault. Will definitely be back.

I leave a lot of Google reviews and I very rarely leave negative ones but this is definitely the worst Starbucks I've ever been too. The first time we went, we thought it may be a bad day and a one off. The second time a few months later it was exactly the same. We waited at least 20 minutes maybe 25 which is a long time when you are just stood at the end of the counter and the same thing had happened as the last time, they had made the drinks then put them by the drive through. It was only noticed when someone came to complain that half of their food order was wrong which highlighted that they had been given ours. So we had to wait while they re-done our order, and when we eventually got it, we thought we should point out that the two young girls standing at the end had been there since before we entered. At that point they realised they had missed/messed up or maybe even given their order to someone else. Its safe to say we will be driving to Starbucks at Spennymoor from now on. Very disappointing ?Parking: Nice and easy to park but won't be going back so that makes no difference to meWheelchair accessibility: The accessible parking was good nice and close and plenty of room. It's a shame we won't be going back

Very relaxed atmosphere. Nice place to relax with a drink. Sam was so friendly and helpful, slight issue with a drink and this was fixed by another lady who was fully apologetic. Would recommend

Rude employees, came in and nobody mentioned anything about being understaffed or there being a wait time.Received my toasties fairly quick but then had to wait 25 minutes at the counter for the coffee, only for one of them to come out I then ask where the cappuccino was that I had ordered and the staff member shouted at me that they were under staffed , this staff member was called Katie . So 30 mins had gone by by the time I got both coffees and then the food was rock hard and freezing.
