Absolutely terrible. Ordered on Uber eats. Both footlongs had salad missing, and extra salad added that wasn’t asked for. Missing the two cookies and crisps that were ordered. Try to phone the store- the phone is off. Typical! ORDER ELSEWHERE.

Ordered 2 subs which they got both wrong tried to ring up and just get a message saying the phone is switched off, so no way to contact them. Bad customer service.

I arrived to pickup a Uber order I had to deliver at 18:34 and the store was closed! The store was supposed to be open until 7pm. This order would of got me paid £18+ due to loads of drivers cancelling the delivery due to the store being closed early. This was on 29/12/2022 so not even a bank holiday just a normal working day.Not only has someone orders food they never got, you have also cost a load of Uber drivers money for fuel and time that could of been spent in orders.Of course this has been reported to Uber.

If your hoping to get your food before you waste away into a pile of nothingness then don't order from here, i get a response from my bank on a weekend faster than an order from this place, I think they must kill skin and chop the meat up before baking the bread, that's the only logical explanation for the amount of time they take.

Try to order on just eat for delivery it’s constantly late and I’m talking by 2 hours I try to call the restaurant says the phone is switched off so can’t get into contact with them why bother being on just eat if they can’t handle it which clearly they cantWent into the shop after 2 hours as had enough and spoke to a man working there who had a beard was working with a man named Andrew. The man with the beard didn’t have a name tag on so I asked his name and he responded ‘I don’t have to tell you that’He shouted at me and spoke to me badly in a shop with other customers while Andrew said nothing. I’ve never had such bad customer service in my life.I tried to ring the shop before going down 10+ times no answer and the man said phones were off and the driver was unavailable and he had to get his mam to come and do the delivering.Why would he keep accepting orders then? And take his stress and bad day out on me? Then asked for a full refund and he said very rudely I’d have to go through just eat for it. I’m in shock over how I was treated today.

Do not order from this subway if you are hungry! This is the second time ordering and first time took 2 and half hours to arrive and The second time I’m currently still waiting after ordering 1 hour 45 minutes ago ! Even though I got a phone cal 45 minutes ago to tell me it was leaving the shop and I live 8 minutes away!
