Amazing place for burgers that we tried when our original choice recommended to us wasn’t free. I believe we made the best choice coming here instead! Decor was quirky and enjoyable, staff were really lovely and attentive, and the food was really nice. We ordered the nachos and they came super quick, and 2 different burgers which were huge with too many chips! (Probably fine for someone who hadn’t gorged themselves on nachos!) really enjoyed our time at this restaurant. Only one small downside, again, nachos! Wished there was real cheese on there instead of just cheese sauce, they had gone pretty soggy quickly!

Excellent food and very generous portion sizes. My wife has coeliac disease and felt the staff's understanding and communication of what was and wasn't gluten-free was fantastic. The wait staff were very friendly and I was very pleased to have a special request (a photo as part of an in joke with friends) printed and placed on my table. Would happily dine again.

The decor is smart, comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and efficient. A bowl of water was brought over straight away for our dog, without having to ask. The tables are well positioned as they are spaced far enough apart not to feel encroached upon. The food itself is fairly priced, you don’t wait long and the smash burgers are delicious. Would recommend:)

The burgers were unreal! Highly recommended the K-house burger. Stunning flavours. Next time I will try a vegetarian or vegan option. Tango is ideal for a relaxed meal for friends couples or families. Dog friendly so extra points for the cute view of a pup whilst we ate. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Didn't wait long for food at all even on a Saturday evening. Spacious layout so you don't feel on top of other guests. I would say the posh fries (boost for £3) weren't any better than the original proper chips, in fact I preferred the normal ones, personal preference! There's a 10% tip added to bill automatically and the team deserve every penny.

We visit Tango semi regularly after a family walk around Durham. Always have our walking gear on and the setting is laid back and casual. Never had a bad meal. Food excellent and staff always efficient that deliver excellent customer service. We booked for Christmas Eve and enjoyed another family meal with a festive twist on the menu which we all loved. This year was Paddington Bear and my youngest loved the pigs in blankets with orange marmalade. Not only been with the family over the years but also date nights with my husband for food prior to a trip to the cinema. Always a go to for us for any occasion.

Great lunch: catered for family including 2 babies, dog and gluten free diet. Best gf burger and chips. All enjoyed their meals, all positive.

If you are looking for a very casual dinner, Tango's is a great spot. He had made reservations well in advance, and our table was ready when we arrived. The host was very friendly and considerate, and the server was really good. I ordered the Pitmaster (regular burger with BBQ) and my wife the Classic. Both of us ordered the Single which was plenty for us. The chips were excellent, and I'm not much of a chips fan. We considered dessert, but neither of us had room left. The atmosphere of the Tango was lively and inviting. There is outdoor seating available if you enjoy that. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend Tango. If you go, I would recommend reservations.

By far the best burgers we've EVER had. Really friendly service, not rushed, not pressed, simply polite, warm, and bright. Ordering was quick and efficient, and the food was amazing. We will be back and can't wait for our next visit. Thank you.

It was super busy which was a good sign to us, we did book advance to avoid disappointment and waiting luckily!! The table was lovely and big plenty of space for everyone! Just was slightly annoying that we constantly were going pestered by the waitress, felt as though we were getting rushed to do everything. She kept hovering around us to see if we’d finished just felt rather invasive, as it was literally every couple of minutes she’d come over and hover around the table to see if we were done. Didn’t like that at all, it felt like they just wanted us out as it was busy. But on the other hand, the food was lovely so hats off to the chiefs!! I would recommend, I just wish we weren’t rushed!
