Smaller store so you won't get your weekly grocery shop here but that isn't why I use it. Very convenient next to bus station, great for buying a quick meal deal before work or picking up some fresh bits n pieces. Lots of drinks, decent selection of breakfast food and fruit/veg... not much of a frozen range. This is a student city which may be why there's always a range of ice cream :D

Good, can walk in, buy what I need and leave. Helpful for when I have to buy water quickly before work.

Terrible service. You walk up to the register and a young girl of about 19-20 sighs as if you are some kind of problem for her. That's how customers are served. Just pathetic.

I've already said. Why keep asking?

Just a common small Tesco, works almost all day long, including Sunday evening. It has very good location at the buss terminal, so it's convenient to make shopping, get a buss and go. The assortment us not wide, but sufficient (not all network propositions and bargains available). The shelves are usually full. The prices are reasonable (avarage as elsewhere in this network). Usually no consultants inside.

Not bad on the whole but tried on 3 separate occasions to buy a product but was always out of stock.

One of the bigger Tesco Express branches. Wide varieties of all kinds of things. Checkout can get crowded. More frequent sanitising of self-checkout counters suggested.

Rude and arrogant staff and even yelled at me saying I didn’t queue up but I did :)If u didn’t see me in the queue, you can ask me friendly instead of being barbarianCan’t believe tesco hired this staff who doesn’t know how to respect others

Absolutely awful experience trying to use this store, the ignorant staff who behave like children whinging they don't want to be there, deliberately placed some trolleys blocking off the fridge, when I went to move the trolley I was aggressively shouted at by one of Tesco's finest Karens and was told not to move it.As such I abandoned attempting to get that item, and as such just had a small amount of items to pay for, with Tesco's being as clueless as ever all the self scan machines have been restricted to card payments only, as such resulted in a line to get served by a member of staff, although because another member of staff claimed there was a problem in one of the isles, she left her post and left the tills completely unattended with a line of customers who just want to get on with their day, whilst the card only self scan machines were left completely empty. After 2 painful minutes and some unpleasant customers pushing in the line, I simply gave up and put the overpriced items back, as I simply wasn't going to waste anymore of my time accepting the dreadful service that was being delivered by Tesco's worst store in the UK.One very important message to Tesco's is to look at allowing customers to shop independently by reopening up the self scan machines to accepting cash payments, it is a million times easier swiping the items through yourself, and it was a really well used facility when they used to accept cash. Just because today's society is more digital, doesn't mean it has to restrict the use of cash!
