Food was great as always and gentleman on the desk is very friendly. I have always phoned and collected my order in person and the food is hot and great quality.It seems as if negative reviews relate to food arriving late which is due to delivery and not necessarily the fault of the takeaway. I'm sure the food would be perfect when leaving the shop so collect in person if you are able.

I've just moved to the North East and wanted a local Indian takeaway to try.I ordered a chicken ceylon, pilau rice and garlic naan with just eat.Admittedly the delivery came on time without the rice.I promptly rang the takeaway to explain there was no rice so they sent another driver out to deliver the rice straight away.Despite of the missing rice the food was absolutely delicious.I will be using zeera again from now on.It was lovely.Barry..

The food is absolutely fantastic (best Indian/Bangladeshi in the area by far), and they always either deliver a bit early OR have your order ready for collection in a flash.Not to mention, always look after their regulars and throw in a few things on the house. I've had the Biryani, Karachi, Jalfrehzi, Masala, and Bhuna -- I can guarantee you everything else is just as good!!Vegetarian options: All the usual options! Particularly recommend the Saag Aloo and vegetable curries.Parking: Always spots in front when collecting.

Amazing takeaway. The food is always exceptional (best curry/Indian/bangladeshi in the area by far), it's always on time, and there's always something small on the house to show they appreciate you. We're regulars here, definitely our go-to for a curry now. Had the Biryani's, masalas, Karahis, Bhunas, Dopiazas, Jalfrehzis, sides, all of it -- every single dish is beautiful. Cannot recommend highly enough!!
