UPDATE: 29.01.24:Won't be going back here. It's run by immature college kids with no work ethic. Took my sister to get some food for her and my nephew. Five cars waiting ahead of us in parking bays. Food took ages, no apology and food missing. My sister went in for the missing cheeseburger and they practically threw it at her.UPDATE: 13.04.22:I've been back a few times and every time they're either out of stock of soft drinks at the drive through or out of stock of food. It took me about four visits to be able to try the Katsu Chicken Royal, which was stuffed full of pickled cabbage. This time they'd run out of large cups, so I paid full price for a large meal with a medium drink. The service here is terrible. Back down to one star.UPDATE: 24.12.21:Decided to give this place another go after a long break. Glad I did. Increased from one to three stars. I tried the new Memphis BBQ King, some chicken fries and BBQ dip.It was the best food I've had from a Burger King in YEARS. Ordered through the app for the first time for drive-through pick up, got there, I gave them the order number, drive through they said, which I do, the window opens and they gave me a completely different order. So I enquired, they say, can't find the order number, you must have ordered for instore collection, why did I pick up wrong order! Which I didn't, they opened window and gave me the wrong order, I have order on phone, I say, you'll have to come in shop they said to sort it out. Go in the shop, they ask for food they gave me, which I hand back, which goes Straight in bin. 25 mins later get the order I originally ordered.I would not recommend this place unless you're prepared for blunders.Definitely no service with a smile.Incompetent staff, I'll be sticking to McDonald's from now on.

Ordered through just eat, delivery time wasn't too bad (40 mins).Ordered the chicken royal meal and doritos chilli chicken fries, and bacon double XL cheese burger. The chicken royale was lovely and tasty, and the doritos fries were very tasty, too. However, the cheese burger wasn't too great. It was dry and a bit tasteless. Therefore, I wouldn't order again.However, I would definitely be open to trying other bits and pieces on the menu.
