Waited from 11:50 ish til well after 2 for our pizza. They lied on the phone saying it was on the way after an hour when it clearly wasn’t? Pizza arrived stone cold, as did the chips. Paid £18 for it as well, spend your money

I ordered a Punjabi chicken kebab and was told a 1 hour delivery. I received kebab meat ( which I don’t like) 1:45h after I’d ordered and was charged £12:45. I tried to complain but the shop was closed. Absolutely disgusting .

Asked for a parmo wrap I got one slice of chicken in a wrap bread I also asked for a salad didn’t receive the salad and it come to 10.80 for a wrap bread with a tiny slice of chicken

Waited hours while the restaurant kept saying the order will be with me soon, eventually they stopped responding and the order never came.

Just had my delivery, the pizza was so bad. And the chips tasted of water weird oily taste. Margarita pizza has no sauce on. And it was dripping in orange sweaty liquid. Never ever going here again. Wasted almost 17

Just ordered told 45mins for delivery food arrived on time, food was excellent no complaints from us at all
Kebab and garlic bread was very good but the salad we got with all the food was well past it's best, it smelled and tasted off, so unfortunately we had to throw it all in the bin. It was a warm day so maybe needs checking more regularly on warmer days.

Ordered half parmo and chips and a punjabi wrap. The parmo was just the right amount to fill me and not over the top. The wrap was the size of an elephant's trunk which the wife said was lovely. The garlic sauce was very nice thick but not too thick. The chilli sauce on the other hand was too thick more like a jelly.Apart from that it was definitely worth the money

First time ever ordering from here! Won’t be ordering again for sure!! Doner kebab & chicken kebab ordered plus a portion of chips, plus asked for a portion of chilli sauce & one garlic sauce. Arrived late, stone cold and for some reason they poured the chilli & garlic sauce all over the meats??? My chicken was covered & floating in pink watery sauce!! Yuk! The kebab meat was the same covered in sauce!! Why it wasn’t in cartons to serve yourself I don’t know?? Ruined it went straight in the bin! The chips had been re-heated were not fresh & also cold. First time ever when ordering kebabs of any kind we didn’t get any pitta breads to go with the meat? Just limp salad. Terrible experience wasted my money! Won’t ever be ordering from here again. I should have looked on here & read the reviews my mistake!!!

Ordered food at 11pm told it would be here within the hour, it’s now 2am and no delivery, rang them multiple times and no answer but have took the money, worst take away in Hartlepool, all the staff are clueless and really struggling to find a brain cell between them, if they can’t take a customers order then just reject it instead of taking the money then not even delivering it, iv requested a refund of just eat for nothing delivered, just goes to show how useless these take away owners are, rob me again for my money and you’ll see what happensDietary restrictions: Worst take away in Hartlepool

So after being out for the night we ordered a pizza at 1:10am. Obviously hungry we looking forward to the food arriving. After waiting for 45 mins (10mins longer than we were told) I rang the restaurant and got an apology and was told they would get the delivery driver to send the food straight out. I then proceeded to wait another 30 mins. So I rang again hoping to get abit futher in knowing how long it was going to be, when the restaurant and we the phone I spoke to a rude man that told me all the food had left the restaurant and they had been busy. (which yes i understand that they would’ve probably been busy considering it is saturday). So being patient I continued to wait and after 2 hours it finally showed up. Upon arrival the delivery driver shoved the food into my hands tipping the pizza box on its side. When we began to eat the food the chips were soggy and the pizza tasted stale and cold. WILL NOT BE RETURNING. Will also be wanting a refund.
