Way over priced for what you got. We had the buffet. Everyone of use found the pasta and pizza's tasteless, no flavour what so ever. Not heard of seasoning or even using Oregano. Salad Bar was very very limited. We went there because it was the first restaurant we saw never again. Went to Pizza Hut 20 years. It was poor then and no improvement what so ever. How on earth it stays open I don't know. On saying that prices are OTT. Keep well away. And Go to Asda's Caffe or Morrison's caffe much better value for money and better quality.

I know, in theory, its good to deliver good customer service, but don't overdo it. Manager went on about endless payment options which didn't even apply. Plates were left on table for 15-20 minutes after he disappeared.

Thought we would try a sit in pizza for a change and after having a Pizza Hut delivery from the Scarborough branch a few months back that was really nice plumbed for the Pizza Hut in Hartlepool whilst travelling through. Oh boy what a mistake, Chicken Supreme traditional pan with extra pineapple came up with the base dough way undercooked and a thin pan Chicken Supreme came on a slate plate that was not warmed up so the pizza became really cold and not nice to eat after just a couple of slices, they say the side salad is a free complimentary addition to the pizza you will understand why with for example the coleslaw being very much an over tart artificial mayonnaise laden taste with very much heavy cabbage content and most other components being dry on top from standing in the bowls too long from lack of care in my opinion. When this was mentioned to the server on duty she/they basically ignored our comments which where given as constructive feedback and when we went to pay no apology from the kitchen was forthcoming for such a poor experience. I would therefore recommend if you fancy an eat in Pizza avoid this branch of Pizza Hut for poor food and poor service from my experience.

Probably the worst Pizza Hut experience I have ever had. Hubby and I spent £49 on 2 smaller size pizzas, one J20 and one large rose wine. Side salad was free. No wonder the salad is free as they have shrunk the bowls used but on reflection you wouldnt want a bigger bowl of stale and boring selection of soggy mixed peppers cucumber, tomatoes and coleslaw with no slaw!! The pizza were chicken supreme with extra pineapple. There was more pineapple than chicken or veg!! My thin pizza came on a cold slate so pizza was cold after 5 mins and hubby's pan pizza was bordering raw pastry. My knife was blunt and didn't cut. Waitresses go through the motions not really bothered that you had wasted your pension. Absolutely disgusted that we had a substandard eating experience with our hard earned cash and what should have been a treat...wasn't!

We went to pizza hut after the visiting bingo. We were welcomed by the manager, he informed us that if we had compare the market insurance, we could have buy one get one free. We both had a stuffed crust pizza and an unlimited drink. The bill was just over £25. Can't complain at that. Great
