Called into primo for kebab meat and chips, what can I say it was fantastic, fresh meat, fresh chips(thats why I had to wait) and most all in was a large portion like I ask for with lots of tasty chilli and garlic.... I often get this from other take aways and its piss poor with a dribble of sauce on but at this takeaway and on this occasion it was top of the pops, with enough left over for breakfast, hats of to you Mr Primo. In the words of Arnold Schwazenegger:- I'll BE BACK.....

Ordered calzone meat feast 10" and chips, cheese & sauce from Just Eat. Delivery was very quick. Total cost was £13.40.The calzone was average tasting. The chips were inedible. They looked disgusting (as photographed), the cheese wasn't melted, and it was just splattered with tomato sauce.Would definitely not return to this takeaway.

Puer swamp food, cash machine wasn't working so couldn't pay on card so asked to bank transfer told me to order my meal off just eat ? Then get it some absolute legend in the shop payed for it and I transferred him the money that was the only highlight other than that would rather eat winalot.

Two wraps last night were vile literally 10 chips per wrap very little salad dry kebab meat. Also noticed a meal deal that was £9 90 has shot up to £13.00. Definitely not the primos I used to like.

Completely useless at taking orders mix things up and then make it out like it’s your fault even though you told many times on the phone. Said food was fresh and wasn’t anything fresh about it. Awful.

Ordered at 10.30pm never again 2 pizzas which were thrown together and awful. Must have been having a bad day as it's usually alot better though not on my favourites list. Pick-up or delivery. Reasonably priced if the food is good
We have family in Hartlepool and it is a must we visit Primo Pizzeria when we are there. Great guy, brilliant service and most importantly really tasty food. They have literally been in the town for as long as we have been alive.
