Got a veggie delight 6 inch we’re you usually get 4 slices of cheese I asked for extra cheese and she still only given me 4 slices of cheese and when I said I asked for double she said that is double. She had no respect what so ever and was rude. Do not recommend anyone to visit this subway

Oh my lord.. Some people simply shouldn't work in hospitality or retail, can I say the 2 charmers I encountered here yesterday both fall Into that category, simple question "How much is the meal deal" as I didn't have my specs on got me an unpleasant response from the til bloke, and the car crash road kill sandwich that was dispatched from the American chick went straight in the bin. Great customer service.. Shall stay with Greggs.

One staff member on duty was obviously ready to go home, couldn't be bothered with another customer and had enough of working. Although over an hour before closing, many menu items were unavailable including coffee, due to being taken off and switched off ready for the day ending. Had I not been with children who were happy to have a basic sandwich and carbonated drink I wouldn't have ordered anything.
Poor hygiene and the manager refused me a refill of my drink after buying a meal deal. Was really rude and even swore at me under his breath. Never going there again.

I think there sandwiches and salad bowl are delicious and always fresh and reasonably priced and have friendly staff
