Ordered scampi coleslaw with onion rings and donna meat.plus a pizza.Eventially arrived after nearly 2 hours wait. Chips were freezing and pizza was burnt.Never again.Vegetarian options: Poor quality

Phoned up for delivery to be told it would be with in the hours 5 minutes shy of 2 hours later the food arrived phoned up to complain and the person on the phone was snotty as not listening to a word I said speaking over me all the time and as for the delivery driver laughing n more Aless shoving the delivery in our face hes lucky he never got wrap slapped never will we order from there again the staff are a disgrace ordered a large wrap along with loads of other things n that wrap wouldn't of filled a baby

Wouldn’t even score a 1. Attitude on the staff last night was disgusting and that was face time face so I wouldn’t like to know how they speak to people on the phone. Didn’t even end up getting my food I had to get a refund of just eat.

Im absolutely disgusted i ordered a chicken kebab with no onions but still came with onions phoned up and complained and they hung up and the delivery driver is rude and snatches the money out of our hand

Place is a joke as they show they are open for u wait a hour and half for them to cancel your order with no information of this and u only find out as u go to the chat site as they don’t answer the phone say they close at 12. But every single thing including there website says they deliver till 12:45

Horrific food and it was late too. They somehow burnt the pizza but it was also cold. They forgot a huge 2litre bottle of pop, god knows how u forget somet that big. They put the garlic sauce pot in the box with everything else so unfortunately the garlic sauce was the only warm thing i ordered. Honestly I'm very disappointed considering the last time I ordered was lovely. Won't be ordering again ??

I live in an apartment on the Marina and have an intercom system where I can let people in. I expect when I pay for delivery that the deliverer will bring to my door, not me being asked to go down and pick up my order. Not the first time. Pizza was like warm but very tasty.

Firstly I’d like to say I have ordered from this place 3 or 4 times and each time the delivery man has had a right attitude! This time he practically threw the pizza at me ( I’m not sure if it’s because my dogs bark when someone knocks on the door). Anyway I ordered a pizza and it wasn’t delivered till 1hr 15 mins later. Needless to say it was stone cold. I called the shop and he asked if any had been eaten to which I confirmed yes there is 3 of us sharing a pizza we have all started to eat a slice each ( that’s how we resalised it was cold) he told me it should not have been eaten and we should feel that it’s cold by touch - I mean who else puts their hands all over a pizza that you are sharing with others? So he said he would speak to his boss about sending another out. Heard no more from them so I gather I won’t be getting a replacement pizza!! Needless to say I will NOT be using this place again. Aside from the poor quality of food their customer service is shocking!!!!

Shocking ordered food at 6.57pm didn't arrive until after 8.50pm on a Tuesday night. Disgraceful service. Their food is nice such a shame. When it came parts of the order missing shocking and all you get is an angry guy sorry and sends you your other part after you have already eaten your food with a free bottle of coke to make it right. Words fail me how bad these are.

TL;DR - Waste of time, unapologetic staff with excuses, 2 hours for nothing. Will not return.Used to order regularly - food wasn't bad, sometimes a bit warmed up. Recently ordered via Uber Eats to use a promotion, apparently the order was cancelled by Uber Eats and they never got the order. (We didn't get told this).An hour and a half later, the food hadn't arrived so I called Tony's. Without even asking my address, I was told that my order was on the way. I asked to confirm it was my address that was on the way and they said 'Yes, bye'. And that was it.Half an hour later, I called again since nothing had arrived to find out that the order had been cancelled, they had never received any order and he wanted me to reorder and wait another hour and God knows how long for the food to be sent again.He said that he knows who spoke to me last time and he must not have understood what I meant. If someone can't understand "so the food for *this address* is on the way now?", they DEFINITELY should not be manning the phones!!!!!

Ordered a half pepperoni Parmesan and chicken burger and chips...Took 2 hours to arrive, guess the positive was the food wasn’t cold, but it wasn’t hot. Chips tasted horrible like they had been reheated and the Parmesan was over cooked. And the chicken burger was horrible... not ordering again....
