Great service, I was given help on the phone to order because I’m a dinosaur & couldn’t figure it out online but now I am a pro!!! Really enjoyed my dinner. Overpriced and poor quality, £1.80 for a can, Yes CAN of coke, plus £8.95 for a pitiful sized breakfast. Save your money and go over the road to Greggs.

Ordered a few times from here from pork sandwich’s and Sunday dinners and this time was no different ordered a breakfast wrap and omg it’s to die for the added hash browns are a nice touch delivery was fast and prompt food was hot and very tasty best place for food in aycliffe have recommended this place to a few of my friends as I know they won’t be disappointed

Well, spent £30 on food from here partly on a burger munch box for it to come absolutely stone cold out the fridge with cold melted cheese and salad (which I don’t know how they’re getting away with precooking burgers and making it up with salad and cold melted cheese on for it meant to be “reheated” before leaving the cafe) the food was stale. Rang up to complain the woman was fine on the phone, attentive, apologetic and reassuring, for us then to ring back up due to realising we had missing items from our munchy box (onion rings and sweet chilli sauce) the guy didn’t seem interested, although he did apologise and said a “fresh” one will be made up but they had a buffet to organise and get out so not sure how long it would take as they’re busy and to just request a refund from just eat. Wasn’t happy with this customer service. The delivery driver arrived with an attitude wouldn’t hand the “fresh” food over until the other food was handed back (this wasn’t edible and was put in our waste bin) due to this he walked away and said we can’t have the food… so had to then go into the waste bin to give him the other food back to prove a point although the cafe staff didn’t state the food needed to be returned to the cafe upon delivering new one. Even then the “fresh” food was still cold and stale. Wont be ordering from here again, and ill be certainly making sure others are aware of how badly run the cafe is with shocking customer service. It isn’t even worth the 1 star I’ve given.

Me and my partner thought we’d pop in this afternoon, we ordered two burgers.. the burgers that came were served with chips and coleslaw which looked nice on surface - my partner bit into the burger and discovered the frozen bottom and how uncooked it was. So, naturally we had to send it back. The staff then shrugged and took the food back to the kitchen, no apology nothing so we asked for a refund and we got one to my surprise to be fair! Haha but yeah, avoid avoid avoid! We ended up going to greggs across from it with the refunded money ?♀️

Excellent breakfast with a good chunk of black pudding (which wasn't cremated) and served reasonably quickly. There's plenty of space between the tables, so you're not rubbing shoulders with others. Their menu is comprehensive and should suit most peoples tastes. Recommended.
1 star due Not enough staff. No salt peppers sugars or sauces not even napkins. One person serving at till and same person doing drinks and serving.. Had to ask many times for sugar and sauces. 20mins waiting in que to be served some customers left. Cutlery was dirty. Forgot some items in breakfast had to wait 10mins before it arrived, by then food is cold. Messy tables left. Overall i wont go again. As not organised an no staffing. Had to get up more and ask for items even though remind them many times but still had none on shelf and had to get from back. And no napkins at all.

AvoidThe cafe is dirty.Cornbeef pie is awful, veg was hardTurnip and mash was lumpy.Rude staffAsked where the hot drinks were and they checked with each other to see if we had drank them..We had no cups etc and had just ordered them.I was gave a dirty glass and told it because of the dish washer.Wish I took a photo because it was filthy.

Protein shake tasted so good but I paid £4.45 only just realising they are supposed to be £3.95. I showed my gym card for 10% discount aswell ?

Food was spot on, piping hot and delicious No complaints there. But, 4 people chatting to each other round the corner. I had to call out to get them to even notice I was there. I saw another person have to do the same. Also the person that served me said they didn't know how to use the till so could only take a card payment.
