Visit here here twice weekly for a few years now and can definitely recommend it for good menu, tasty food, and friendly service.Parking: Parking area behind the pub. Can be congested at bus times but there is also space out the front.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors can be opened to allow access from carpark and straight into bar/restaurant area

Had a Sunday Dinner here,the food was only warm,very disappointing,is really gone down hill,wont be going again,service was great,my sticky orange cake was the only food that was hot,very disappointing wont be going again ?

We are regulars, we send clients here, friends and family too but not anymore. The owners screams at staff and that’s enough to stop us going. The managers etc are lovely though.
As usual our meal was fantastic, over the past 20 years I have never had a bad meal. I had the fish special which was gorgeous. Halloumi starter. My other half had mushrooms to start then schezhuan chicken sizzler. Both meals were hot and delicious. Also a good portion size. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Pre booked for 2pm seated very quickly even though they were busy. Only waited about 20 minutes for food. Arrived piping hot. I had scampi and chips with garden peas. All fresh scampi was lovely no grit. Homemade chips really nice. Didn't have dessert full after meal. Definitely will go back. Service was excellent. Server came to check everything was ok.

We arrived on a busy Saturday lunchtime, the staff were great and found us a table downstairs as my dad couldn't climb the stairs. We all had something different, halloumi flatbread, fajitas, cottage pie and ham egg and chips, all were from the light bite menu. All the food was excellent, and very filling, I don't think I could eat a full size meal! Excellent food, excellent service, we will return!
