So i went in for a large tray of beef slices with mushrooms, gravy, mash and veggies. They turn around and tell me “we don’t do sell large trays during the week because we run out of veggies”…..um….buy more veggies?I asked for the medium tray and that’s what i got. Lots of mash and veggies and 3 slices of beef, 3…srsly? Last time i’m buying from there.

Sunday lunch. Quantity good, quality dismal.I looked for a Sunday lunch to deliver and this business has good reviews. Not ordered before.. Both listed telephone number rang out. I kept on trying and after about 15 minutes I placed my order. The call handler said it would be up to an hours wait as they were very busy. I figured this was a good sign.Food arrived over the hour quoted and it was still warm. The dinner with mixed meats looked like it had been thrown in the box. The meat was falling into little bits and overdone. it was hard to make out what meats they were.Mash grey looking and lumpy as was swede, cabbage soggy and over boiled garden peas. The carrots were nice. It all tasted bland and had no seasoning. The Yorkshire came in a separate brown bag, which was good. The gravy was ok.Desert was good but I suspect it was bought in.Never again

Panini nice but gutted that the chips were burnt t bits and couldn't eat them now that was 4 lots of chips wasted y couldn't they just cook somemore fresh ones I wouldn't dare send them out burnt ?

We've ordered cakes and dinners from this place before. So today we ordered 2 yorkshire pudding wraps and a vegetarian sunday dinner. Waited an hour and a half. Only for it to turn up stone cold and items missing from the dinner. Rang up and complained and the missing items also turn up stone cold aswell. Note to the owner. When a customer pays nearly £30 for food, the least the customer expects is that the food is piping hot and the order is correct. And use foils cartons. It keeps food hot.

I prefer to order from here than any other takeaway. I'm not joking every dish is unreal and freshly home cooked. The cakes are lovely too and a lot bigger and better than their competitors. My favourite though is there burgers you've gotta try them the lunchbox special burger is absolutely gorgeous and HUGE ?

Thought would give it one more go! Order wasn’t available, the order came to my amazement more mustard and ketchup than hot dog with over cooked burnt onions. Don’t even know what the meat tasted like and the chips were covered in old black scraps from other previously cooked foods.
Defo recommend theses today first time iv ever been nd the pork dinner was absolutely define nd the rainbow cake was lush too the food was amazing nd thank you for the ice blast defo recommend 5 star rating nd friendly welcoming too the cake is outta this world I'll be defo returning more especially for ya cakes ice blast never mined the dinners hmmm got me thinking what ya salads r going t be like CNET wait keep it up lush food brilliant custom too thank you ?

Ordered sundays dinner and some cakes. Was an item missing this was rectified immediately excellent customer service and lovely hot and tasty food. Ferrero cake was amazing!
