Normally not keen on chain pubs but this one is an excellent example run by staff who offer you a warm welcome and provide an excellent efficient caring service. I was met with a warm greeting by Nicola who remembered me from a previous visit (this was only my 3rd) and duly served me with good quality drinks and value for money food at lunchtime. After being let down at short notice for a Christmas meal for 15, the Crows Neat were able to accommodate us and it was fabulous. The service was amazing and staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious - although they had no Sherry Trifle Cheesecake but the Sticky Toffee Pudding was immense!It was such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere and all we could have asked for for a festive meal and catch up with friends.

We arrived for our family Boxing Day booking 20 minutes before it was due to be told there was a gas leak and no food could be served as the gas needed to be turned off. However, if there was the risk of a gas leak then the pub surely, for the safety of customers, would be closed. As we left ten minutes before the booking I recieved a call to cancel the booking. So ends the Christmas celebrations.

This is a lovely local - the staff are brilliant they always look after us and make a big fuss of our dog. Can’t recommend enough especially Lauren & Dylan the dog whisperers and Zena our own warrior princess.

We called in for lunch on Christmas Eve in the hope they would be serving, which they were, staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was lovely, only complaint was we did wait quite a while for the food to arrive after ordering but hey, it was Xmas eve and they were busy and it was definately cooked fresh so I think we can overcome that, we will be back.

My first time in this lovely establishment with my husband, quite by accident. What a lovely welcome we received from the lovely lady behind the bar, we had ordered a couple of drinks and found a table, decided to order some food. Served within a good time, hot, fresh and very tasty. Whilst food had been delivered to the table, we had decided on another drink. The bar was quite busy so the lady who had originally served us, said go and enjoy your meal and I will bring your drinks over and pay at your table, it has been years since I have found a fabulous customer service like this. We left saying we would definitely be returning. It really is a gem of a place. Plus the setting outside with the view of the North Sea must be amazing in the summer. Well

We booked christmas lunch at the crows nest as we wanted an easy and nice christmas lunch.We visited with our daughter and grandchildren and could not have had a nicer time.Staff were all so helpful and the food was lovely really made a nice christmas day and would definatley go again , ty to all of the staff who worked really hard to make our day enjoyable,

As a local the Crows is ideal, nice atmosphere, good selection of food and friendly bar staff - Always greeted with a smile by Dylan when he’s on front of house. Being dog friendly means you can take the pooch in too.

Myself and family went for the Christmas fayre . Eve the manager was very helpful ,polite friendly her customer service was amazing.she ensure our needs where met. The food was delicious, table service was wonderful. Lovely atmosphere. Would recommend to family and friends and will return soon .
