We just had hot food here and its shockingly bad. Chips undercooked and under washed and under peeled !!! not fit for human consumption. Never go back here again. I will drive a bit further and go to Downeys further along the road in future.

Fish bits full of bones.. batter soggy...most chips has bad/black bits.... I wouldn't go back. Usually I'd give places benefit of the doubt but I can't here because there was fault with everything. 2 stars for the lady who served me, she was helpful and pleasant

Absolutely terrible everything was greasy, chips were like boiled potato sticks and terrible guts off the pie I ate. This has so much potential but unfortunately it is a mile away from being remotely on target. Avoid and try the grill and chill a few doors down.

Just had fish and chips here, as we were passing through Seaham. Great service from the friendly man behind the counter. Fish was cooked to perfection and the chips were spot on. Try it, it's worth it.

Best fish and chips in Seaham. Go shopping with the mother in law every Wednesday and she's got to have her fish and chips on the way back. Tried a few things from here and everything lovely. Definitely recommend.

I'm sorry to say this is the most appalling chip shop I have ever visited !Chips were disgusting, everything extra greasy an to be picking up food with her hands not using kitchen tongues. .. Wat is that all about just grab the nuggets an chuck em on with bare hands absolutely disgusting! Oh an microwaved cheesy chips an gravy cooked in to the tray ! that hot it had to be double trayed !My advice avoid disappointment an avoid this establishment!
