Took nearly 1.5hrs to come & when it came there was so much less than usual, £15.95 for a chicken leg (which I don’t like) instead of the usual breast & half the amount of kebab meat really didn’t present value for money. Not sure what happened with my order but unsure if this is now their usual size proportion or a one off but will be reluctant to try again now, which is a shame as it’s my usual favourite treat takeaway.

Dreadful experience. Ordered and quoted 35 minutes delivery. rang after an hour to be told the machine hadn’t sent the order through (is this the 1980’s??). Told delivered would be another 20 mins, 40 mins later still nothing and whilst chasing up through Foodhub it turned up cold and missing the rice. I rang the restaurant who accused me of missing the rice off the order which i corrected them on and then they said they’d resolve the issue. Ten minutes later the manager calls me to say our address was too far for them which explained the lateness and offered £5 off the next order which is no good to us don’t live round here! No resolution or refund of the missing order just awful food and customer service all round! Waste of £22 and an evening of our lives.

Ordered via Foodhub and delivery was estimated at 35 mins. They confirmed the order straight away on the app. After an hour of no food we rang and were told the “machine” hadn’t sent through the order and they’d just received it and it would arrive within 20 mins. 35 mins later still no food, spent ages on the app to Foodhub who were seemingly getting fed the same lies from the restaurant. Eventually the food turned up after an hour and 40 missing the rice which is pretty essential in a curry. Rang the restaurant to be accused of not seeing the rice at the bottom of the bag. My eyes weren’t deceiving me. Zero resolution, the rest of the food was cold which they blamed on our address being too far away from the restaurant even though they accepted the order! The food that did turn up was barely warm and not very tasty! Avoid at all costs. We’ve no issues places making mistakes but then blaming the customer and refusing the resolve the issue is infuriating!

We ordered and were given a delivery time of 2010 which we thought was acceptable. 2020 we have a phone call just to make sure driver not lost. A driver has had an accident, your delivery will be later ? ok! I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. Three phone calls later and over an hour and 15 minutes after their expected delivery time we have to go into the street and guide their driver in? We asked for a refund and only got excuses! Do yourself a favour and do not order here!

Ordered an Indian for the first time - food arrived slightly on the cooler side (not that big of an issue) we then found a hair in the pizza that we ordered. The mango chutney and garlic pots had melted and leaked all over the food.
