This shop has gone downhill in a big way, better off going over the road to Aldi.Home shopping trolleys blocking aisles, staff unhelpful, no trolleys and if you do find one the wheels don't work, never any check outs open.

Review only based on home delivery. Many items are often missing but still charged for. Sometimes hard to spot when you have a very large order and can't remember every item ordered. Subs are often very random and very bizarre. I understand that subs do always cost less but quite often the sub provided is half the amount/weight meaning I still need to go out and purchase more to make up the difference. Very poor customer service who seem to just use templates to respond and don't address the issues raised

Review only based on click and collect. (Although attitude in store isn't much better) items are often missing but still charged for. This hadnt been noted until i looked into as a more expensive item was missing and still charged. Lost £38 from one order. Very poor customer service,toldme this would be rectified and I asked for proof of conversation by email.. which I never received, and no refund,Stealing money with no easy way to get back.

ordered express delivery coming to a price of £88 and it was being delivered by Uber. (The last time i’ve ordered from ASDA Stanley with Uber, the delivery driver came down 45 minutes later saying he was waiting for our order for ages but no one acknowledged the order.) Anyway the same things happened again only they’ve marked it as delivered and i’m now £88 down with no shopping!! Thanks again Asda x

Had to reschedule delivery time today as I was delayed at Durham Hospital with my husband.I contacted customer service, a young man organised this change with no issues.Delivery driver was so lovely, very pleasant, would appreciate passing on my compliments.RegardsSue Leadbitter

No bags at the checkout again this has happened on multiple occasions now within the last 3 months and its just unacceptable. Whats worse is nobody warn you of this on the way in or before you get all your shopping to the till? Surely a simple tannoy anouncement could be called out?. Well i just left my trolley full and walked out and went to tesco. I wont be back either

I have shopped in Asda since it opened many years ago and I’m so disappointed in the decline - the shelves are almost empty every time I go to shop ,the sell by dates are so short it’s really going downhill at a very fast rate. I know Aldi is close-by but surely that’s a reason to maintain a high standard not lower it

Check your receipt before you leave the store. On a few occasions I have been charged twice for the same item. Also, the price at the shelf is sometimes different from the price at the checkout.
