Only awarding one star because none isn't an option. Ordered chicken chips and gravy and expressly asked if it was half chicken with mushrooms and peas, as it had always previously been. Lady on phone double checked with chef and confirmed yes, that was right. What arrived was chips and gravy with cubes of rubbery chicken! When I rang up to complain I was told that the "chef" had said the chicken was the what I'd ordered!. Was offered a discount on the next order but declined...it's totally gone down hill ? chop suey rolls where greasy and falling apart also.
